Harness the Power of Endorphins

Exercise is well renowned for producing physical health benefits, but the positive impacts are not just limited to your body. Regular exercise can profoundly improve your mental wellbeing too. The endorphins released help to boost your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety, depression and stress. Long term, regular exercise can contribute to increased levels of self-esteem and confidence, particularly as you start to achieve your goals and break past previous barriers.

However, sometimes motivating yourself to get into the routine of exercising can be challenging, particularly if you are unsure of how to start or what to do. If you feel this is the case, then our new course of HIIT classes might be perfect for you! HIIT is a time-efficient way of getting fitter and will integrate well into your daily routine. Our classes will last for around 40 minutes for a period of 6 weeks starting on the 7th December at 6pm. They will occur over Zoom and will use minimal equipment so are well suited to those wanting to workout from home. Through the 6 week period you will gain increased knowledge about how to exercise from home so you can feel more confident continuing your exercise routine in the future. In addition, for December we are offering free membership so that you can trial our classes which are normally only available to members who have purchased one of our Gold, Silver or Bronze membership options!
